Liz is a warm, engaging and intuitive coach. Her broad range of experience in executive leadership, power dynamics, non-verbal communication, emotional intelligence, conflict management and communications gives her the ability to tailor her approach to meet the unique individual needs of each client.

Liz’s coaching style is informed by a process-oriented approach to human development and change. Process Oriented Psychology, also known as Processwork, is at the cutting edge of psychology, conflict facilitation, and organisational and social change. Liz helps clients to discover and develop new ways to release the power and potential in situations - and in themselves.

While Liz enjoys working with a range of clients she specialises in women in leadership - helping women play bigger so they can step into their personal power and do the work they are called to do in the world.

Liz brings to her coaching over 25 years experience as a communications professional and consultant across a broad range of sectors including corporate, state and federal governments, NGOs, and not-for-profits.

Liz’s ability to help clients explore their challenges and move forward is enhanced by my own personal experience of life's ups and downs. She lost her home, and almost her life, in the 2003 Canberra bushfire. Recovering and re-establishing after the fires was both a challenge and an incredible learning experience that gave her first-hand experience of surviving trauma.
