2018 Retreat - Wee Jasper
6 - 8 April 2018
Theme not yet determined (it's still percolating!)
The venue is a gorgeous rustic shearer's quarters on a property in the beautiful Wee Jasper Valley, located less than one and a half hours from Canberra. No cell reception means you really get a chance to 'drop out and tune in'. Wee Jasper is a stunning location with a very special energy. It's actually a 400 million year old sea bed and you can discover fossils whenever you go for a walk.
This is a small group retreat so book now to secure your place.
What attendees say:
“Liz and Amy put together an inclusive program that met the individual needs of every woman who went on their retreat. Their care and attention to detail was outstanding, their ability to mould the program to address emerging themes was impressive, and their commitment to following up after the retreat with ongoing group get-togethers sets them apart.” - J.C. (Embrace Your Voice Retreat for Women - March 2017, Co-facilitated by Amy Roberts)

Motivational workshop presentations
“Liz’s presentations are engaging and interactive so all members felt involved and everyone walked away with new ideas, plans and actions. Liz had a huge impact on many members and her presentations were a real talking point among both members and staff and really got them thinking. One member said “I swear she knows my life and that talk was directed at me!” and members loved that Liz’s presentations relate to all areas of their lives, not just their health and fitness. I recommend Liz as a speaker as she knows how to engage a group of women to have fun, get involved, feel good about themselves and be more empowered and inspired.” - Julie Griffin, Owner, Curves Weston Creek, Canberra
Body Image Movement Global Ambassador
The Body Image Movement believes that everyone has the right to love and embrace their body, regardless of shape, size, ethnicity or ability.
Embrace is an amazing documentary about women and body image and it's my mission to try and get asmany people as possible to see this movie - because it changes lives.
As a volunteer ambassador, I introduce screenings of Embrace and facilitate discussion after the movie.
Please get in contact about hosting a screening at your workplace, sporting club or social group.
